Reigning world champion Lando Norris brought home McLaren’s first win of 2026 at the Hungarian GP from Max Verstappen and Kimi Antonelli, while a frustrated Oscar Piastri retired.
Piastri passed polesitter Norris at the start with a cutback at Turn 2 and controlled the first half of the race, with Norris appearing quicker but unable to find a way past on the twisty Hungaroring.
